Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the European Union and United Kingdom. No minimum order required.

Supply Chain

We work with verified manufacturers and fulfilment partners across Europe. Orders are shipped from EU-based warehouses whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

Order Processing

Estimated processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Events such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, or high seasonal demand may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email when your package is dispatched. You can also check your order status through your account on our website.

Correct Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may be:

  • Reshipped (customer pays for new shipping)
  • Refunded (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable)

Failed Deliveries

Carriers typically make one delivery attempt and leave the package at a local pickup point for 7–10 days. If not collected within this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Customs and Taxes

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers. You should not be charged additional customs duties or import fees on delivery. If this occurs, please contact us immediately, and we will offer a solution.

Split Shipments

Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

Delays of More Than 30 Days

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 30 days, you will have the option to choose:

  • Free reshipping of your order
  • A full refund
