Order Processing

Where do you ship from?
We ship from warehouses located in the European Union, which means faster delivery and no surprise customs charges for EU customers.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
No. For EU orders, all applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the product price. For UK orders, any applicable duties are handled through our shipping process.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com as soon as possible. We can update your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and any photos of damage.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SMOOTHLY shapewear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • In the same condition as when you received them

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nipple covers (once opened)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com and we'll help arrange an exchange. Subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
