Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to 13 EU countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Ireland) and the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over EUR 79 (GBP 69 for UK). Orders below that threshold ship for a flat rate of EUR 4.90 (GBP 4.90 for UK).

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your location. Germany, Netherlands, and Austria are usually fastest at 5-8 days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from warehouses located in the European Union, so there are no surprise customs charges for EU customers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements and sizing recommendations for each product type. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size charts for the best fit.

What if my size doesn't fit?

No worries! You can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com and we'll help arrange the exchange, subject to stock availability.

Product & Materials

What are your products made of?

Our shapewear is made from premium compression fabrics designed for all-day comfort. Each product page lists specific materials and composition.

How do I care for my shapewear?

For best results, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach, and tumble drying to maintain compression and shape over time.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other local payment methods available through our secure checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@smoothlywear.com as soon as possible. We can make changes if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your delivery.
